I have been facing back problems for 17 years and seen multiple Chiropractors and Osteopath, but they all just fixed the problem temporarily by just reducing my pain everytime I saw them and gave me few stretches. I never had full relief or confidence that my back will ever feel normal again. But then I looked up Exercise Physiology and found Move Right, read some reviews about Daniel and signed up for a plan.
