Before starting at Move Right EP I had never stepped foot in a gym, hadn't been overly active in 20 odd years and lived with chronic pain due to Osteo and Rheumatoid Arthritis. I have been with Daniel and his team for only a couple of months now, I do 2 x 1hr sessions a week and I've already seen a dramatic change in my body strength and pain. I had no real goals when I started other than to move and help strengthen my muscles and bones, but now I'm seeing actual fitness results I'm becoming kind of obsessed. I was also extremely anxious about starting, but Daniel listened to my manic meltdowns and talked me off the ledge of quitting before I started and I'm forever grateful he did. The support of the team at Move Right EP is phenomenal. I do one session with Riley and one with Kate and I feel like I have my own personal cheer squad.

Since I started my exercise regime at Move Right EP I have been impressed by their attention to detail and explaining what each exercise is meant to do. They are a really happy bunch and ready to keep the workouts light hearted yet focused. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a personalised wellness programme. Exercise and fitness can be a bore but they do make it interesting and informative whilst making sure you are doing the exercise correctly. A great team!
