Testing & Tracking (VALD Where Applicable)

Where appropriate, we use objective testing tools to track progress and guide training decisions. This may include strength or movement testing at key points during the challenge. Not everyone needs testing but when it’s used, it helps remove guesswork and improve outcomes.

Before starting at Move Right EP I had never stepped foot in a gym, hadn't been overly active in 20 odd years and lived with chronic pain due to Osteo and Rheumatoid Arthritis. I have been with Daniel and his team for only a couple of months now, I do 2 x 1hr sessions a week and I've already seen a dramatic change in my body strength and pain. I had no real goals when I started other than to move and help strengthen my muscles and bones, but now I'm seeing actual fitness results I'm becoming kind of obsessed. I was also extremely anxious about starting, but Daniel listened to my manic meltdowns and talked me off the ledge of quitting before I started and I'm forever grateful he did. They are a really happy bunch and ready to keep the workouts light hearted yet focused. I would recommend them to anyone wanting a personalised wellness programme.
